Such a great bike shop! They fixed my trike twice, Jake is the nicest person you can find and prices are reasonable.
They don’t take returns, even for unopened items with a receipt. Won’t be shopping here again.

They take advantage of people who don’t know much about bikes. Do not give them your business. I came in with one issue and they kept calling me saying oh something else needs to be done and will cost more blah blah. They even said if they didn’t replace the chain they wouldn’t be able to get my bike working properly. Lo and behold my bike is running great. I even ran it by someone else who said the chain does not need to be replaced. Bad customer service and abhorrent prices.
