Not for Samsung Flips I think they are a great service with super nice people, but dont come here to get your flip fixed... they fixed my front screen perfectly but ended up damaging my mic permanently in the process and so I have to get a new phone now anyways (paid a hefty amount too). The long back and forths were also not fun, as there were week long lags on the business's part. Had to go in to fix my mic like 3 times and its still shot unfortunately. Tldr: great buisness and nice people, just dont go if you have a Flip
Purchased a replacement battery for my phone that didn't last with the latest iphone update. Despite being slightly outside of the warranty period, they replaced it for free. Great customer service.
