Friendly, welcoming shop. Great place to gather and play board games
My family and I are traveling from out of state and my son has recently decided to be a Pokémon addict. We were blown away by the exceptional friendliness and willingness by the staff here! I make my kids buy their stuff with their hard earned money and they made my son an awesome deal, even threw in a couple promo card packs! He is so happy and is begging me to go back to the game store now. Highly recommend!
My wife put in a pre-order for the strixhaven set when they were taking them. She was supposed to be guaranteed a box. Once the set released they didn't honor her pre-order and told her for the same price she can be on the restock list. About a month later we get the call that they have the box but wont sell it for the pre-order price and raised it over $100.
