Andrea is FABULOUS! She is so personable, knowledgeable, informative and fun! She helped us get our business taxes in line. She sat down with us and helped us plan, gave us great recommendations, listened, answered our questions and made sure we understood everything. I would recommend Andrea and Jesica to anyone looking for tax help!! LOVE THEM!
Update: got charged interest by the IRS due to their error, changing review to 1 Star. Very disappointing experience with Davis and Bott. We filed taxes with them for 2 years, but they messed up on our 2023 return (we ended up owing some of the return we got, we found out because the IRS notified us via mail) and they charged us to fix the mistake they originally caused. No accountability for their actions, and unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the money and headache and go with someone else for personal tax filing.
We have been with Davis & Bott for over 10 years. Our yearly invoice raised from 475 up to 650.- this year for less documents than last year and maybe 20 min sitting in the office with Matthew J. Since the invoice has no details we kindly asked where the 650 comes from. The CPA did not bother to answer and Natalie P. who responded to the email expressed that she is sorry and wished we would have gotten a response. Nothing else. That was it.
