Scam. Called them with an urgent custody matter and they got back to me right away. Told me that they would find an attorney for me and then never called me back. I’m noticing this ongoing trend within the Cincinnati family law pool and that is that nobody actually cares about you or your family. This feedback is not for Sarah she was very nice when I first spoke to her. I’m disabled so I want a child support reduction I hire this firm 2 days after my surgery I sent over my retainer. Month later I get a call saying this firm tried to withdraw $650 so I can spoke with Chester I think nice guy also I informs me about the $650 is monthly I was shocked I always pay flat fees with my family court lawyers.
