Been working with John for a few years now and he’s been great to work with. Have complete trust in him for our personal and business taxes, and appreciate being able to talk to him throughout the year with questions.
They missed a form for my state taxes and A separate form for IRS. Both state and IRS held up my refund. After contacting them, they emailed me the form without any guidance how to fill out. So I set appointment to go have them help fill out form. They didn’t give me any address to send the form. I called them, they gave me the wrong address.
