Been working with John for a few years now and he’s been great to work with. Have complete trust in him for our personal and business taxes, and appreciate being able to talk to him throughout the year with questions.
They missed a form for my state taxes and A separate form for IRS. Both state and IRS held up my refund. After contacting them, they emailed me the form without any guidance how to fill out. So I set appointment to go have them help fill out form. They didn’t give me any address to send the form. I called them, they gave me the wrong address. I have used Davis & Associates on and off for over 10 years. They are professional and available for questions even down to the wire on tax day!! I will continue to use their services every year. I think they are very fair with their pricing. I appreciate all that they do.
John was absolutely phenomenal. We are new to the area and needed a long-term tax preparer. We recently bought a home and got married and had a somewhat complex return.
