I agree with previous review posts. I’ve been having Mitch do my personal & business taxes for 5 years now. I never had a problem till this year when they got new people. They said I would owe $8,000 to federal until I found that they messed up my numbers & made a huge mistake. I told them even before they started my taxes to call me, like every year, but no call this year. I went back and forth how many times to get them to fix it correctly. Never again will I go here, Oh where to start, well I could fill a book on these crooks but I will just keep it simple and say I got audited after he did my taxes.. AND unlike most tax services they offered no support during the event they caused. I had many experiences with their "office manager" and she was a absolute witch toward me. HORRRIBLE experience, I would not recommend my worse enemy to them.
