Ordered and paid for nice quality tiles, delivery date kept being delayed, very poor communication, had to phone when nothing heard for couple of weeks to be told they would be in next order each time. Tilers arrived and installed to find out when nearly completed that grey 100x100mm tiles had been swapped out with old boxes of brown mosaic as owner decided that rather that discus with us she could get tiles paid for and swapped out with her old stock. I know this is probably not gonna be typical, but I called them up needing one room tiled and they straight away came back with “Yup, just finished a big job. Can be ther this arvo.” The next day we were in ther tapdancing.
Great selection, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Chris went above and beyond my expectations.
