Customer service started of good but got lukewarm as time goes on. Today is the 25th of April, and the furniture I ordered in early December is still not here. I was told late march, which I said OK, can wait till then and told to check every couple of weeks to see where it is at. In last march ( 20th), Still another 2 weeks. Big thanks to Kylie, the lovely lady who helped me when shopping for a lounge. Her phone manner was pleasant, and on going to the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The staff are very friendly and reliable. They offered assistance and also gave us the space to browse on our own. They had our order ready in a timely manner. All the furniture was at a very reasonable price, locally sourced and good quality.
