I bought a LaZBoy recliner just over 2yrs ago from Davie’s Furniture and the staff were really helpful with the purchase. Some of the padding collapsed and they were again really helpful organising a repairer. The repairer came out under warranty and did a good job on the replacement padding. Happy to say they supply quality products and if something is to go wrong they have a good support network. Great to see in a local business!
Customer service started of good but got lukewarm as time goes on. Today is the 25th of April, and the furniture I ordered in early December is still not here. I was told late march, which I said OK, can wait till then and told to check every couple of weeks to see where it is at. In last march ( 20th), Still another 2 weeks. I did ask why the answer was ALFRED and said I am not happy with that. And in return, I got " you knew it was going to be a couple of months when you ordered it. Blah Blah Blah.
