EDIT: The outstanding balance has been paid. --- This Law firm cheats with their clients during real estate deals. Mr. Ronald Alexander Davidzon claimed the seller had cleared all outstanding charges on his property whereas in reality the seller had missed months of payments. As a result, the purchaser had to bear the costs incurred by the previous owner. Be extra careful if you are dealing with this firm.
