Alan Davidson was my estate attorney . He requested my mother to chsnge the beneficiary assignment from my name to the estate This caused ny adjusted gross income to be 298857. My dad hired him as a estate attorney Every time I asked him a question he talked down to me and. I had to fire him My financial advisor knew him well Rich Prozo never questioned the changed. My mom signed the beneficiary change and she gave it to me to mailed . I do not why Alan did this to me He must have had an agenda
Mr. Davidson handled our mother's estate. (She died 12/1/2022) His lack of concern and follow through was well below par and his charges were seemingly above par. (This was partly cause by his lack of actions in handling the estate which resulted in prodding him.) The estate sold it's last asset Nov 1, 2023. June 2024 the executor was on his case to get it finalized, which he seemed to not understand. August 31 it was to take 1-2 weeks to finalize. By Oct 2024 it had been finalized.
