We started our case with Brett, who was very professional and helpful in getting things moving. When our file was transferred to Kelsey, she was polite and communicative at first, but later informed us that she could no longer continue due to workload. While the office staff were always pleasant and helpful, we were extremely disappointed to be dropped partway through our case with no refund of any fees.
