It was a great presentation! My pet peeve as a director of a townhome condo of almost all presentations I attend, not just yours, is that the assumption made is that every condo is a high-rise condo. Your answers to questions/issues seemed geared for high rises, especially the one on EVs. Many of us, especially outside of large urban areas, live in townhomes. However, thanks for your great efforts!
As a real estate Broker I'm always grateful to DHA for the informative sessions they provide, and, in turn, the value add this brings to my clients. Your speakers yesterday, were absolutely correct about Being Reasonable, Calm, and as Understanding as possible, when dealing with All owners! I attended a short 1.5 hour "Holiday Q & A" webinar with questions and answers regarding common elements, RFS, noise complaints, EV charging station issues especially in older condos etc. It was very informative and the moderator kept it moving, all participants offered solid suggestions and helpful advice. I was quite surprised that so many others were experiencing the same issues as us (our condo which is over 40 years old).
