Would not recommend. This firm will overwhelm then dominate your condo board and eventually make your Board reliant on them. They will in fact start telling you how to run your condo. They will lock down your AGM and ensure owners do not have a voice. Yes, we have hired them and yes, this is an alias email address to protect my anonymity.

It was a great presentation! My pet peeve as a director of a townhome condo of almost all presentations I attend, not just yours, is that the assumption made is that every condo is a high-rise condo. Your answers to questions/issues seemed geared for high rises, especially the one on EVs. Many of us, especially outside of large urban areas, live in townhomes. However, thanks for your great efforts!
