I agree with the other 1-star review. DHA will happily string your board down a path that will ultimately result in no desired effect being accomplished, knowing this to be the result from the outset, but happily charge for wasting everyone's time. Would not recommend. This firm will overwhelm then dominate your condo board and eventually make your Board reliant on them. They will in fact start telling you how to run your condo. They will lock down your AGM and ensure owners do not have a voice. Yes, we have hired them and yes, this is an alias email address to protect my anonymity.
