Everything would be great if not for the rude jerks that work behind the front desk. When you call in and ask to, please prepare an order so you don’t have to wait they will not move a finger. Until everything is paid. No customer relation even if you give them tens of thousands of dollars in business of business like we did. We will certainly look elsewhere.
Called requesting ground contact 2x12, they said that have it in stock…drive 45 minutes to find they actually don’t have it in stock. I can understand the box stores not knowing their product but a lumber yard?? Boo!
