Very friendly and very helpful
From one veteran to another, you gotta do better than your customer service. We ordered seeds and didn’t get all of the order, and then 2/3 of the seeds didn’t come in. I contacted you about it, and you acted like it was our fault and did not provide any help or assistance. These people are a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DON'T HELP AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered upland cress seeds from this company and the quality was terrible. I started the seeds indoors under full spectrum grow lights. Only one seed germinated. I contacted the owner and he said "There is nothing wrong with the seeds. Seeds need to be sown under sunlight as nature intended. If you go outside of this then you are on your own".
