I must compliment Neeru and Liz who work at the Bayview Village location. Both these fine ladies took a personal interest in what I wanted and made it happen! Liz asked about my specific tastes and Neeru suggested I have a comforter made to order with the duvet cover I loved. Now that I have it, I am thrilled to pieces! Be 100% sure of your purchase because they are not giving you your money back. I asked before my purchase if these items were refundable. The one item was refunded but they neglected to say the other items not refundable.
Sometimes one is lucky enough to find a store with outstanding merchandise and excellent customer service. That has been our experience this week when looking for a new duvet cover set. David’s Fine Linens exceeded my expectations, having multiple elegant duvet sets to choose from and a staff that actually cared that I purchase a set that I’d enjoy for years to come. I rarely say this but this truly is one store and group of staff that I recommend without any reservations.
