DO NOT ORDER IF LOCATED IN THE U.S. - I placed an order on 7.21 for a set of sheets totaling $399.02 USD after tax. In the checkout process, it said because of the amount of the order that shipping would be free, however, AFTER the item had shipped and was only 2 days away from delivery, I received an e-mail from the shipping company that $337.12 would be due at time of delivery. I must compliment Neeru and Liz who work at the Bayview Village location. Both these fine ladies took a personal interest in what I wanted and made it happen! Liz asked about my specific tastes and Neeru suggested I have a comforter made to order with the duvet cover I loved. Now that I have it, I am thrilled to pieces! Be 100% sure of your purchase because they are not giving you your money back. I asked before my purchase if these items were refundable. The one item was refunded but they neglected to say the other items not refundable.
