Anytime I cash my public assistance here the one lady always says in broad daylight before 4pm they can't give me my cashed check in $10 when I only get like $95 dollars a month not every were I go has change for a $20
Some of the customer service representatives are unprofessional and not courteous to customers.
It says online that they’re open Saturday’s 9am-5pm but this is the second time I came on Saturday and it was closed smh.. I never saw a check cashing place closed on a Saturday 🤦🏽♀️
The coin machine is out of service and they won’t help changing the change at the counter.
