I have been using this place for over 6 years. Every time I go there I feel so harrassed. I try to pretend people are just tired, but I’ve had it. Can’t people just be nice? I feel like I am being abused. It’s a horrible costumer service. .

I came to cash a check. I signed it before I saw a posting not to sign before getting to the teller. The teller told me she couldnt cash the check because i signed it. She asked if i had been there before and i said yes . She saw it in the computer and said she cant help me. She Never looked at my Drivers license or let sign a blank paper to see the signature was the same!!!

They refused to help me cash my check simply because I signed it before handing it to them . It’s my first time going to this location and I was completely unaware of their policy . I wouldn’t recommend going here . Both cashiers were rude and spoke nasty to me in Spanish . I would recommend going to Columbus West 105 Pay O Matic . That’s where I went afterwords and everything went well.

I had gotten a check from a job training I did and they basically were suspicious of me and I’m going to assume it’s because I’m a black women. I went there twice trying to cash the same legit check from the company I trained for and first it was, “oh we have to call and confirm this is legit and verified”.
