Unfortunately we went to get my daughter’s dress at store 97 I called ahead of time to ask if they took a cashiers check . They told me they did. I called twice to verify as we live a hour away . We get there and they have zero clue what to do with it . Then I find out the bail she picked out was not in the store which was never explained when we picked out the dress . I have bought several dresses in person with no issues. HOWEVER I am here to warn you to NOT buy anything on line. I bought a dress from David Bridal Canadian website - and have spent almost 4 days trying to get a refund for it....no one answering the phone. No one responding to the TEXT option they suggest using. Hamilton Ontario store manager was the only person able to get me some help. I am a bride and this has been the most frustrating experience of my entire wedding planning process. I ordered my wedding shoes on March 19th and over a month later, I still have not received them, any tracking information, or even a clear answer on where my order is.
