Rude/sarcastic security
I signed a $5,000 retainer and they did absolutely nothing. Did not submit any bill for their "work". Claimed "I thought we put the matter on hold" without basis. They are too big for small cases, even when you pay these sums - they simply forgot about me. I complained to the Ethics Board to no avail.
Find Steve Spanolios. He will look out for your interest from day one ! Their firm is trustworthy.
They do not return incoming queries from their web page regarding possible representation. "The most expensive phone call in a lawyer's practice is the one that's not returned." Despite their coming highly recommended, I will never use them.
