My home insurance was due for renewal this month and I received the new package with 30% increase on my premium. I called three times to discuss the renewal with Mark Muse and each time had to leave message because was told every time that he is on the phone or at lunch but never returned my calls. Finally I decided to change my insurance and cancel the insurance with Allstate . I am not sure why he is still kept as an agent by Allstate.

I just finished with the most pleasant experience to purchase rent insurance for my apt. . . Here in Bedford, Texas. The woman helping me was very kind and I needed that late in the day. Everything went well and I am so glad to be dealing with this fine company.
view She is an absolute scam! Rude, short tempered lady at the end of the phone tricked me into buying comprehensive insurance on my car that I did not need without checking my credit or updates! I got a new policy with another company in June 2019 for less than half the price I paid her!! Wish I had done my research before paying blindly.

Jack was amazing! He followed up, answered all my questions and concerns. He also assisted in canceling my other auto policy, huge help. Judging how long we were transferred and on hold, I made sure to tell Jack the service they provide at Allstate is confirmation why I switched . Thank you for all you all do! Keep being Awesome!
Insurance agency didn't want help change policy or help with me in any way just kept denying me of choice I wanted to make.. bad behavior in business
