We retained Sax services for a financial review and tax returns on the fall of 2023. The returns were submitted on time but we never got the finalized financial review. Completely ghosted by the team. Non responsive at all. I don’t recommend them.
I cannot speak for the firm itself, but look out for Megan Sartor. She unethically billed me for extra time and when I approached her about it she insisted the invoice was correct and would not be adjusted. After I showed her evidence from my call log, she added an extra minute to reflect the time she waited for me to call into Microsoft Team meetings.
