Do not work with David Weiss or Leo Gaft, highly unprofessional. In addition to being passed around the firm and with unreasonable late action, they filed my corporate filing wrong and have done nothing to remedy the situation after months of polite requests. We have paid over $6,000 to the firm and they continue ignore my account.
