Very displeased with David's service. He has a receptionist who just puts you through to his voicemail 90% of the time and is unable to reach out to David for you. I paid David the first half for prepping my taxes about 4 weeks before the deadline. After struggling to get ahold of him he says were fine and that he'll just file for an extension. Absolutely impossible to get ahold of, David was paid in full but never submitted my taxes to the IRS . At first I enjoyed talking to David but very disappointed by resulted from his services
I asked David to set up 2 LLC's with partners of mine and paid him well for it. He setup them up without adding the desired partners and then never rectified it although we was very adamant about collecting payments. My cousin contacted him about setting up an LLC and he said it would take a week and took 7 weeks, and he also had the wrong address. Very poor experience working with him
Scam artist! Takes your money and will commit to services he will not deliver. Will lead you on with specific dates and deliver nothing.
