Avoid these people at all costs! They just do whatever they want and bill you for it. They neglected to check with myself nor my realtor to make sure that ALL the terms of my property purchase agreement were satisfied before writing up all the completion paperwork! The terms of the contract had to be met 2 WEEKS before closing otherwise the deal would be collapsed.
