First of all we had made an appointment to come there and upon arrival the doors to his practice was closed and locked. Phoned the receptionist to find out how long they will be and she responded saying they would be back within 5mins. They eventually arrived 30mins later yes 30 mins later after which I had made an appointment 30 mins before. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! This man is a crook, he took my money in advance as a deposit and then ghosted me. He told me he would turn my LLC into a S corp and never did it and now it’s 2024. All his previous reviews are from along time ago. Look him up on yelp, people have expressed the same concerns that I went through. I have filed a consumer complaint with the attorney general. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
I dropped off important documents I need on our first meeting and haven’t heard from anyone since. I call about every other day and have stopped by twice.
