Went in to have a EGD with biopsy. After getting stuck 3 times to start an iv I went in for the procedure. No biopsies were taken. A complete waste of time. They sure didn't mind taking my money. I know nothing now as dr. May took no biopsies and only one image of my stomach. Thanks for the waste of my time and money.
Dr May is my gastroenterologist. I have several medical procedures and operations in my lifetime. Dr May, in my opinion, stands head and shoulders above the rest of top notch physicians that I have encountered. Terrific communication skills, excellent bedside manner and highly skilled. I would recommend highly to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.
Currently I am not at all happy with the service (or lack of) with this office. I have personally called three different times and days to request a refill and can not get a call back. Two messages where left with nurse, and then one message was left with the office manager. My pharmacy has also tried to call with no results. Because of their lack of communication with me, I would have to give this office a -5 as a review score. T. Silver
