Handled my case very poorly, in a way that critically impacted my life. Surprised to see he's got his own office now, however I'm sure the proximity to the hospital makes for great ambulance chasing. When David isn't busy screwing over his clients, he likes to dabble in low-stakes patent-trolling (targeting University of Kentucky). Based upon how my case was handled by David Son, I can not recommend anyone risk their livelihood by going to him for your case.
