We bought our first home this year. Our realtor suggested David So for our advisor. We are so grateful we were connected with David. As a first home buyer there is a lot of new information and it becomes confusing. David and Grace were very accommodating in providing us with all of the information in a way that was easy for us to understand. He found us an amazing mortgage rate. David was very professional and was very quick to respond to all of our many questions throughout the process.

Had an amazing experience working with David and Grace as a first-time home buyer . David was always willing to book multiple Zoom meetings to answer questions, address concerns or provide guidance in the mortgage process. He went above and beyond to get the best lender and percentage rate. Grace was thorough and efficient with the all things administrative. Overall, a very smooth process.
