If I could give more stars I would. I first met David through the Centre de justice de Proximité. I had been dealing with a violent neighbour, exacerbated by landlords that did nothing but reward his behaviour. Additionally, though bilingual, I was new to Montreal and its tenancy laws, so learning the complexities in my second language was yet another hurdle to overcome.
