I took my mother here and referred some of my family as well. At first I thought they would do a good job but I will never go back. Very unprofessional and disorganized. They withheld taxes after we wouldn’t agree to more charges. Seems like once you are in a deadline situation they will use that to over charge and bill for stuff they never told you about. I was shocked that in a small town like WINONA you can get by treating customers this way. They lost my business forever
Man is very unprofessional. He sleeps at office almost 24/7 even though he has a house. Very slow worker as he sleeps when most people work and degrades his employees. Unless easy tax work, expect to have to pay for an extension. Has had several complaints to Accountancy Board for his unprofessional behavior.
Horrible customer service, never calls you back, has lots of excuses. Find a reputable CPA. This the worst around.
