These people are SCAMMERS!! They got my money on January 08,2024 and I am still waiting to get a hold of them and get any updates. They only contacted me to ask for more money and when I denied it they retaliated by ignoring my numerous attempts to speak with them. Absolute nightmare!! Stay away from these SCAMMERS
Took months before they filed my taxes for 2022 after they received all documents from me. I was charged penalty fees, lied to about my taxes and child tax credit. I ended up owing more than we should have and paid them over $900 to file our taxes. It took months before they replied to my emails on the status of my return. Very little to no communication from them. It is taking them over 6 months to do my taxes. Every time I try to check on the status I am told they only have a few more things to do, it should only be 1-2 more weeks. They started to tell me that back in March!
