Our experience with David Badger and his staff was outstanding. I had enormous medical bills after cancer surgery and a MRSA infection acquired during surgery (resulting in 2 more surgeries) because a diasagrement between my spouse's medical insurance coverage and Medicare resulted in bills that should have been paid by my spouse's medical insurance with Medicare as secondary coverage were forced onto Medicare only. If you like money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. If you are in financial distress, or need bankruptcy assistance, I urge you to NOT use this firm. Please do yourself a favor and spend 5-10 minutes looking around Charlotte and you will thank me later. Our family had an absolutely terrible experience with this firm, particularly Ross Bromberger, one of the associates here.
