I do not recommend David Plotsky. I hired David more than 3 years ago. David handled my Criminal Defense matter. I have previously worked with no lawyers. This poor excuse for an attorney was a court appointed public defender who met with me for the first time at 6 pm, out of the trunk of his car on his way home the night before my 9 am plea hearing the next morning, failed to return phone calls and emails, failed to properly prepare himself or me for what to expect from the court or the legal process, refused to dispute a f... read more
