ive used every lawyer in town with my real estate transactions . Hes the most genuine , down to earth lawyer , there is . Highly recommend for anyone who dosent want to be taken advantage of by big lawyer firms . Him and Pat are the best and amazing for real estate transactions. if its your first or your seventh transaction i highly highly recommend using dave and pat !
If your interested in legal services, this is hands down the best place in town, friendly ,good prices and very knowledgeable, not to mention fast and to the letter.
