I’ve bought numerous hats from DM over the years. Mostly Akubra, but also a Panama and a couple from Tilley Endurables. Yes, I love hats. My orders have always been shipped very fast (the last one shipped the same day!) and nobody packs hats better than DM. I’ve never had one damaged in transit, even with significant damage to the outer box. David Morgan is probably a very nice store. Don't buy any hat online that you might have to take back...... They Don't refund their shipping and it cost me $18 to ship it back to them. I am $27 in to a hat that is not a true 7 5/8. Too tight. I would advise everyone not to gamble on their fit!
Terrible customer service. My hat was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I tracked the hat and called the company due to it being significantly off course. They have done nothing about it. Havent replaced it, haven’t opened a case, haven’t refunded my shipping. Just told me to wait for it to work itself out. Im still waiting with no update from David Morgan or USPS.
