Terrible customer service. My hat was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I tracked the hat and called the company due to it being significantly off course. They have done nothing about it. Havent replaced it, haven’t opened a case, haven’t refunded my shipping. Just told me to wait for it to work itself out. Im still waiting with no update from David Morgan or USPS.
Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I shipped the hat back and the day David Morgan received my return they had its (smaller) replacement back inroute to me. Fantastic customer service -- And an amazing product. Bravo!
