I have been using this service since my 2018 tax return. I originally visited the location and greeted by Amanda Martin, when they were Tax Axe, LLC. She was a delight to work with and very prompt. Then, David Mitchell Snyder, LLC took over the books, and the customer service has slipped. I believe Lory Fekete was my new point of contact, and the conversations seemed abrasive and condescending at times. Then someone else has taken over Lory's place, not sure her name.
