Family hired this attorney due to all of the professional background and instead of using his law experience and education to help us, he basically was horribly overpriced and didn't deliver what he said. Don't let the "former judge" persuade you into hiring this attorney. NOT a good person when you need someone to truly fight for your basic rights.
