#pleAsed...after probably a 3rd tyme calling w/a valid situation & a even worst "no", not sorry to say but David Lichtenstein Attorney-Law will not have to worry about me calling them again.
Don't bother. This attorney's paralegal will not let you speak with Mr Lichtenstein. She's a gatekeeper who doesn't follow-up and doesn't manage her email properly. She will make promises and never follow-through. Wasted weeks of time with no progress.
Just called this attorney and the assistant that answered was ready to refer me out to somewhere else based on one financial question she asked me. I was told they charge $550.00 an hour and then I "guess" the assistant made the assumption that was to expensive for me. So my assumption is this lawyer's ethics are based on the individuals pay rate.
I found David Lichtenstein to be very knowledgeable, thorough and had my best interest in mind. Julia, his assistant was also very experienced, attentive and kind. I’m very pleased and thankful for their expertise.
