These people don’t do what is right for a beneficiary. What’s good for them cost me a ton of money that shouldn’t have been. Beware
I worked with Rob Guiry throughout the process and I feel his guidance and understanding of my needs was exemplary! I am very comfortable with my decisions.
Tracey Curtis was the rudest and most dismissive person I had to deal with. No respect for me being a customer and what I wanted to do with the funds I had invested. We had gotten rid of one of the phone numbers associated with the account about a year ago, and Tracey lied saying that they tried to contact us about 4 years ago when they should have. Have never received any information that would actually benefit my portfolio.
Lied about trying to contact me, took a month of back and forth to get these people to sell 2 things for me which were horrid investments in the first place that they recommended. Immoral practices. They are happy to collect fees off your money and keep you in the dark. No account checks to see if there are better options. Yikes.
