We worked with David and his team to finance both the initial purchase of our home and a re-financing a few years later to take advantage of lower mortgage rates. The team at Fairway is very knowledgeable and was great to work with. David was very candid with us and committed to finding the right solution for our needs, even when it meant referring us elsewhere.
My wife and I worked with David Kanis 9 years ago during the purchase of our home. My father was acting as my buyers agent. David steered us to a broker to funnel the buyer's commission through in hopes of making the sale cleaner. The money was supposed to return to my father who actually did the work to earn it.
