Sophia in the fragrance department was absolutely lovely, she was incredibly helpful, pleasant and attentive to all the people in the store. Already came back once because of her great service and was so happy to be served by her again. Really great team member.
I would like to talk about the customer service that I have experienced here.. wow.. The employer named Cathy helped me there in the perfume section when I was really confused and the other staff was still there ignoring me.. she came to me asked me if everything okayy if I need some help… I asked her few questions and she answered all of them very politely and patiently.. As a manager I know how it is to be patient and she did that very well.. she showed me like 10-15 perfumes and helped me with the prices of all of them.. ... read more
