Legit no one in the skincare section at all to serve or help. Like no one at all. But in the perfume section there’s 100 workers who won’t leave you alone
Beautiful store but premium prices. Good for sales though
Went in to purchase a men’s fragrance today, the lady that was meant to be serving was rude and not helpful at all . Her attitude was that bad I was going to walk out without purchasing anything. If I hadn’t seen this lovely girl who had helped me yesterday I would have. The lady who ended up helping me was Victoria, she was absolutely very helpful just how I have seen a lot of David jones staff members.if I go back into that store again and that lady, (think her name is Trinah) is there again I will just walk out.
David Jones at West Lakes never disappoints! The service is consistently 10/10 every time I visit. The staff are so friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they genuinely make shopping such an enjoyable experience. The store has a great atmosphere, and the excellent customer service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
