Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was carrying a baby while babysitting my cousin and was looking at a $400 perfume. Instead of offering any assistance, I had to approach an older staff member myself. She barely acknowledged me, sighed when I asked about the perfume, and gave short, rude answers and said there’s none in stock and walked away. Elsa at the Politix section of David Jones was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped my children get fitted out for their formal, we couldn't have got them organised without her assistance and knowledge. Thank you Elsa.
Wendy and Erin are absolutely lovely people, they both had amazing skills and were so kind, I highly recommend 🫶
THE MANAGER SPECIFICALLY SAID SHE DOESNT CARE IF PEOPLE SHOP AT THEIR STORE. Will not ever shop here. A manager by the name of Emma came out and was instantly rude, dismissive and disrespectful over items that were faulty. I have never seen a customer service person treat someone so horribly and disrespectfully within 5 seconds of an interaction. Do not support giant organizations that don’t care about customers and have no one to escalate issues to. How disappointing.
