I had such a wonderful service from The personal stylist team at Sunshine Coast Plaza. I had to prepare for filming with Chanel 7 for our business Peregian Curtains and Blinds and they were amazing, kitting me out for head to toe. Thank you so much for you friendly and professional service.
I purchased two dresses online and tried to return the items in store. Customer service in store apparently only refunded me for one dress (although assured me that if I only receive one email for one dress to not freak out). It has now been in excess of 10 days since returning both dresses, but there still has not been any progress on the refund for the second dress. I am having to repeatedly follow up with customer care. The experience has been time consuming and frustrating.
Just had the best personal service from Joshua in menswear. Make sure to ask for him by name. Sorted me with a great pair of slacks, fabulous sports jacket and very cool shirt. 10 out of 10. Thanks a million
A big thank you to Paige in the cosmetic section at David Jones Sunshine Plaza. Paige applied the most perfect colour match of Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, she was so helpful and friendly, I was so happy to finally have my makeup matched correctly. Paige had vast knowledge of makeup and I new I was in good hands, thank you so much 🙏 definitely shopping at David Jones from now on.
Never ever any staff at the checkout. Second time I’ve waited in a massive line to buy two items.
