THE MANAGER SPECIFICALLY SAID SHE DOESNT CARE IF PEOPLE SHOP AT THEIR STORE. Will not ever shop here. A manager by the name of Emma came out and was instantly rude, dismissive and disrespectful over items that were faulty. I have never seen a customer service person treat someone so horribly and disrespectfully within 5 seconds of an interaction. Do not support giant organizations that don’t care about customers and have no one to escalate issues to. How disappointing.
Emma the manager has just informed us that it’s ok if we never shop at David Jones again. Bought a present on line - have paperwork and they won’t return the product unless my husbands linked card is brought in to the store Terrible service. EMma should be reprimanded for her customer service
Awful! I bought a DJ gift card for a friend card online a month ago. As of 24th April 2026, it hasn't been delivered to the recipient and trying to connect to something approaching Customer Services is a joke. NOT AT ALL HAPPY.
I had such a wonderful service from The personal stylist team at Sunshine Coast Plaza. I had to prepare for filming with Chanel 7 for our business Peregian Curtains and Blinds and they were amazing, kitting me out for head to toe. Thank you so much for you friendly and professional service.
