Not sure why they spent all that money and time on renovating. It still smells of sewerage and is soulless and very little offerings. What used to be wall to wall fashion brands is now one tiny rack per brand yet half the store is filled with water bottles and candles. They aren’t things you need to see in person or try on like clothing items are. Strange concept won’t last long. Not to mention the few clothing brands they do have all can be bought in Westfield stand alone stores Witchery, AJE etc yawn!

The long awaited refurb is just ok. There's something soulless in this store. Lack of staff , lack of customers and lack of choice in products is very apparent. I've had mixed shopping experiences. The bedding department has been great and there are some friendly and helpful staff there. But in some areas the staff that are there don't understand customer etiquette.
