I had a shopping experience May 1, 2026 at your Robina store, that reminded me of what we have lost as far as a great day out shopping actually means. I was served in ladies lingerie by Annie who was so lovely. She truly listened to my needs (shapewear for my daughters wedding) I never once felt rushed, or that she had somewhere better to be, stock to put out, stock to put away etc. She came into the change rooms a few times to make sure all was going well. I went late night shopping last Thursday for an engagement gift and the whole team at David Jones were the best I’ve ever dealt with. If shopping was this easy everytime I would’ve spent thousands of dollars every week because of their team shout out to Allison, She was the real OG.
