Tanya was absolutely amazing!! She deserves a pay rise!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Called the store 3 times and not a single person answered the phone. Absolutely disgraceful. How are you such a big company and store yet can’t get a single person to answer the phone?
Phone support is terrible as the automated service goes in a loop and nobody answers so you give up trying. Can’t believe noting is being done to address this and monitor the drop out of calls
