Why have sales ppl at the make up department if 1. You aren’t willing to assist anyone even though there is no customers in your store… are you scared to help people? I was asked what colour I want…. I did a 1-On-1 Lesson with Napoleon Perdis. Tammy was informative, and showed me new tips and tricks, and helped me learn how to use the product and tools to get the best results. Had a brilliant experience.

They have a shoe sale that advertises $50 off if you spend $200, the shoes we wanted are priced at $199.95 (not a bargain to start with at all) When the saleslady was asked if we qualify for the purchase at that price she very abruptly said no...and nothing else. David Jones Robina and there stores in general WILL GO BROKE WITH ATTITUDES LIKE THAT!! For and extra 5cents they lost a $150 sale..it is beyond stupid and we are not going back.
