I had such a wonderful experience at David Jones thanks to May, one of the sales consultants. I came in hoping to find a specific bag I had been thinking about, and May truly went above and beyond to help me. Never knew that this branch of David Jones has a curve section for woman! I got amazing dresses for my birthday in the curve section. Awesome collection and true to size and good colors!
The customer service was extremely disappointing. Not a single staff member was helpful throughout the process. Even when it came to paying for the items we had already selected, no one provided clear instructions. We were repeatedly directed from one counter to another, with four to five different staff members asking us to move elsewhere. The entire experience was frustrating and poorly managed.
