Very disappointing experience at David Jones Parramatta. I intended to make a purchase but chose not to proceed after being told I could not have a few additional shopping bags, even when I offered to pay for them. It was unexpected that in a department store which positions itself as a premium destination for gift shopping, something as simple as purchasing a bag was not available.
