Very disappointing experience at David Jones Parramatta. I intended to make a purchase but chose not to proceed after being told I could not have a few additional shopping bags, even when I offered to pay for them. It was unexpected that in a department store which positions itself as a premium destination for gift shopping, something as simple as purchasing a bag was not available. I had a wonderful experience with Maya at Anthony Squires in David Jones Parramatta. She has a real eye for colour and helped me put together pieces that worked together perfectly — something I would have struggled with on my own. Beyond her expertise, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely professional throughout. She took her time, never rushed me, and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you're shopping at Anthony Squires, I highly recommend asking for Maya.

This a Review for Jorame who works at the Forever New concept store inside Parramatta David Jones. Exceptional Service, asked what I was wanting and the purpose for my purchase. Assisted in styling me and getting it right without lying that it looked good for just the sale. 10/10 for customer service
