It’s astonishing that this is what David Jones now calls customer service. I ordered a $620 dress and realised it was being sent to the wrong address. There were five days before the order was dispatched, yet there was seemingly nothing anyone was willing to do. Awesome experience
I went to David Jones with my teenager son to look for a men’s toiletry bag, and we found a few good options. We were mainly interested in the bag itself, not the items inside. When we opened one of the bags to check the size and compartments, a few men’s toiletries fell out. A staff member approached us and asked if she could help.
