I am dismayed by the obvious and intentional violation of Australian Consumer Law at David Jones Malvern Central. I returned an unusable new robot vacuum (lost all navigation abilities, with video evidence of a major fault) to the store and was fed a bunch of lies by the manager, Dushan, about what I was legally entitled to and how long it would take.
