Two of your older female staff in women's department/at main counter require training in customer service/communication skills. Passive aggression definitely does not belong anywhere in customer service-least not at David Jones. Explaining situations in a calm non-aggressive manner, rather than being passive/aggressive/owning poor behaviour, listening to the customer when they feel they have been treated unfairly or poorly-all of these things are so important when working in a customer facing position. A country road sweater will last a lifetime and get better with age, but seeing this "Ralph Lauren" sweater for a baby for $139 marked down for $209 of a quality less than the cheapest clothes at Kmart; I had no trust in anything I was buying and returned my stuff to the racks and left. Can never get an attendant to help with the cosmetics - knew exactly what I needed but no one around to get the stock. Every staff member was "sorry, not my job" and when you do get someone they are rude and standoffish. No wonder DJs as a whole is failing as a business.
Came to try YSL Myself perfume for my partner, it seems the bottle was filled with water.. I sprayed both my hands and a perfume card.. neither had any smell at all. I just came to the city and tried the same perfume and it has such a strong scent
