I was here in a wheelchair due to a temporary injury and wheeling myself around the store. A staff member (not discreetly at all) followed me around the store and asked me if I needed help multiple times despite me declining. She seemed very paranoid I’d break something, and she made me very uncomfortable as she was staring. Not a good Father’s Day shopping experience! I Just love this place
Not bad, quite small and limited range of stock. A woman who worked here downstairs gave me a dirty look and ignored me.
Although this place is severely understaffed, the people that work here (Val to be specific), were incredibly thorough with solving my issue even though it took longer than we anticipated. PS- Whoever made this vase is a legend and deserves to be paid the asking price.
