Floor staff in the perfume area doesn't even bother to search for an item i want to buy. Online it says in stock. But she keeps tell me. We don't have it.
Went to David Jones The Glen to purchase some shirts. Found something that I was interested in and went looking for retail assistant-found one and was told to go to another counter for help. Two ladies were available and one was sitting down and asked for a small sized shirt. Was told size 41 is the smallest in the Anthony Squires range and it should fit. Was miles too big. Floor staff is very rude and impolite. The lady didn't even thought of stopping to answer a query and also indignant in her behaviour in homeware section. She mumbled something pointing generally in some direction to my query. I have heard DJ is high end store but find them worst in customer service. Is this such a rocket science that you can fill your store with material but if your staff is rude what's the whole point.
