Audrey was super amazing at helping me choose a new fragrance and explained the differences between them all. Very happy with her suggestion and definitely hope to see her again once I run out!
great shopping centre that's clean, well-maintained, and offers a pleasant shopping experience.
No staff around in make up department and when I did find someone, she didn't have a clue about the product even though I had a sample in my hand. Then it was out of stock anyway.
Very helpful in the menswear’s department well done
I shop here regularly, work in the center and live locally but still never receive satisfactory customer service. Always walk out very dissapointed. After chasing someone down to let me purchase sunglasses I came home to fingerprints all over them and dirt/scratches that I can’t get out. As a “luxury” department store they need to do better
